Return & Exchanges Policy

We are sorry to hear that you and your pup not loving your SunnyPaws purchase! We want you to be 100% satisfied! If you find that your purchased item doesn’t fit or simply just aren’t satisfied, we will provide you with a store credit so that you can find an alternative size or product!

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and in its original packaging. If you have changed your mind about your order or purchased the incorrect size, we are able to offer a store credit. Your item must be sent back within 30 days of the delivery date.

We do not offer refunds, Sorry!

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately preferably with a photo, if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right!

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items


If an item is to be returned, the return shipping cost will be at the customer’s expense and all items must be unused and in its original packaging and condition. If you mark the return 'Return to Sender' our account will be charged a return fee. This fee will be at the buyer’s expense. 

ALL packaging and tags must still be attached to items to be eligible for an exchange.

Delivery Q&A

What happens if I am not home when they deliver?

You should receive a call/collect card in your letterbox if no-one is at home to collect your parcel. It will then be sent to your local Post Office. 

Will I have to pay additional fees at Customs? 

For international orders custom charges occur sometimes occur when an item arrives in its destination country. This is dependent upon the customs threshold for each country. Please check with your local authority for more information on this. 

Can I get a tracking number? 

Yes, all packages are sent via tracking and a tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has been dispatched.

What should I do if my order has not arrived? 

If you are in Australia and have not received your order within 10 working days of the date on which you ordered, or outside of Australia and have not received your order within 20 days of the date on which you ordered then please drop us an email on 

We cannot be held responsible if the address you have given is incorrect. It is the responsibility of the customer to give a complete and accurate address to ensure correct delivery of the parcel is made.

Please note: we cannot be held responsible for any additional fees incurred at customs for international deliveries.
